Order Dispatch
|
| Our products are
hand-woven and hand painted individually by the artist. From time to time
we may have some items in stock, but generally they will be specially made
for you upon receipt of your order, therefore delivery of the product will
depend on how many orders have been received before your order was placed.
Within 48 hours of receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation
email which will tell you how long it will be before your order is ready
for dispatch. Typically it should be between around 2 weeks. To this you
have to add the number of days allowed for delivery. The table below shows
expected time of delivery depending on where we are dispatching to:

| If, for any
reason, we cannot dispatch your order within the time stated in our email
to you, we will send you another email informing when the goods will be
dispatched. |

Due to shipping restrictions, parcels cannot
exceed 105cm in length. For this reason the branch that serves as hanging
rod for the items that measure 1,20m or more horizontally cannot be
despatched. The item must be sent without the branch. The item can be used
as mat. But if you prefer to use it as wall hanging, we will send you
clear instructions and all the material needed to do this at home using a
suitable branch. Alternatively you can use any hanging rod of your choice.
They can be purchased in most DIY or Home Furnishing shops. It is
easy to do and there is no risk of damaging the wall hanging (provided you
follow the instructions closely). |

postage and packing will be added to the total of your purchase at the
check out. Please write to

if your country is not included in the list at the check out, or if your
order exceeds 10 kilos. |
Price and Availability

| All prices are
given in US Dollars. At the check out you will be able to choose if you
want to pay in US Dollars, Pound Sterling or Euro. The cost of postage and
packing will be added to the total purchased. Price and availability are
subject to change without notice. |

| If you like a
specific motif shown in Recycled PET Fabric, but prefer it woven using dry
vegetation without frame, please use this table to calculate the price.
You should add the amount shown to the price of the item in Recycled PET
fabric. If you would like it framed, please email

with your enquiry. There are certain size restrictions for international
shipment, therefore each case will be dealt with individually |

Import Duties

| Eco Arts and
ShoppingAllHours Ltd are not responsible for any import duties that may
eventually be due. Any import duties to be paid are the sole
responsibility of the buyer. |
Cancellation of Order
|
| If you need to
cancel your order, please write to
eco-arts@dreamvalley.net as
soon as possible. If the order hasn't yet been dispatched we will give you
100% refund. If your order has already been dispatched, we will send you
instructions on how to return it to us. Upon receipt of the returned item,
we will refund you the amount paid minus costs for packing and postage. |
Returning a Product

| If you have
simply changed your mind and would like to return the product, we will
refund the amount paid minus costs
for packing and postage upon receipt of the returned item. Please write to
eco-arts@dreamvalley.net
within 30 days of receipt of product and we will send you instructions on
how to return it. |
Guarantee
|
| If you are not
completely happy with your purchase, write to
eco-arts@dreamvalley.net with
your complaint within 30 days of receipt of goods. We do our utmost
to provide you with high quality products, but in the eventuality of a
faulty or damaged product we will refund you the total cost of the goods
plus expenses with packing and postage to return the goods to us.

to deal with it more efficiently. We will acknowledge receipt within 3
working days and will endeavour to resolve the issues raised within 10
working days. |

ShoppingAllHours do not disclose buyers information to third parties. We
collect information about you for two reasons: to be able to process your
order and to offer you the best possible service. The only information we
hold about you is that given to us when you completed the order forms. You
can check what information we hold about you by emailing us. |

time we may email you to inform you of changes and additions to our web
site or to tell you about our promotions. If you prefer not to receive
this information, just reply to the email, with the word "unsubscribe" as
your reply. |
| We do not hold
credit card details of our customers. Credit card payment transactions are
carried out by WorldPay on our behalf and we have no access to this
information. |
